NOMA is a nonprofit organization incorporated in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with an IRS 501(c)(3) tax status granted..

The guiding principles of NOMA are rooted in the belief that self-reliant development, fair-play, equal opportunity and grassroots empowerment are the engines that will uplift Manyu Division economically and socially.

NOMA's membership is made up of the sons, daughters and friends of Manyu Division.

Manyu Division, it should be noted, is one of the fifty-four administrative units that make up the Republic of Cameroon.

The NOMA Promise

NOMA is the only Manyu organization which is primarily committed to the overall development of Manyu Division and will never relent. NOMA is an organization owned and controlled by its members and will therefore remain democratic, accountable and transparent.NOMA is committed to work with any government, political party, corporation or entity for the purpose of developing Manyu Division.NOMA is determined to NEVER compromise the development of Manyu and the welfare of its people.
